To send money from CMT, you need to go nearest CMTHAN (Branch office or franchise) points, and complete the following processes.

1. Fill the CMT Money Transfer Authorization Form. (You must fill in the sender and recipient information)
2. CMT , please give the instructions completed form and your identity to teller / agent.
3. CMT official agent will enter information to the CMT System which you gave with in authorization form. System will generate the transaction’s special document.
4. After agent gives you transaction document, please give the money to the official agent.
5. After completed transfer, you can tell a reference code in the transaction document to the your recipient.

To receive money from CMT; you need to go nearest CMTHAN (Branch office or franchise) points, and applying in person to complete the following processes.

1. Fill the CMT Receive Money Authorization Form. (You must fill in the sender and recipient information.)
2. CMT , please give the instructions completed form and your identity to teller / agent.
3. CMT official agent will enter information to the CMT System which you gave with in authorization form. System will generate the transaction’s special document.
4. After agent gives you transaction document, please take the money from the official agent.

Sending prosedure; to make sure you give the correct reference code to the person who will receive your money. Receiving prosedure; Check the reference code you pass to authorities. You can transfer money in USD / EUR and TL currencies from CMTHAN (Branches and Franchise Points), and receive the money from these currencies.
